Users must not (1) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the VR App or website, (2) reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile of any portion of Space Elevator VR, (3) remove, disable, or otherwise create or implement any workaround to, any security features, (4) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer or otherwise make Space Elevator VR available to any third party for any reason, (5) use the Space Elevator VR in violation of any applicable law, regulation or rule, (6) use Space Elevator VR in any other manner or for any other purpose or application not expressly permitted by NUMENA GmbH.

You do not have the right to make available any content that: (1) violates any law or infringes on the rights of others; (2) does not available under any law or under a contractual relationship; (3) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party (including privacy rights); (4) is or contains unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations for business, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation; (5) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or data, or the Website, or that of any users or viewers of the Website, or that compromises a user’s privacy; or (6) contains any falsehoods, misrepresentations, or creates an impression that you know is incorrect, misleading, or deceptive, or any material that could damage or harm minors in any way; (7) use Space Elevator VR for the purposes of developing a competing solution.
